Terms for using StyleIrisT

These terms form the agreement between you and CodeMagician Ltd when you create or use a StyleIrisT account. StyleIrisT is a personal wardrobe and styling service for consumers. Please read these terms together with the privacy notice and the purchase information shown before you buy a credit pack.

Who supplies StyleIrisT

StyleIrisT is supplied by CodeMagician Ltd (company number 17363646), registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at C/O Site & Field Services, 9 Freeman Way, North Seaton Industrial Estate, Ashington, Northumberland, United Kingdom, NE63 0YB. Questions, complaints and support requests can be sent to account@codemagician.co.uk.

Who may use the service

The initial public service is for people aged 18 or over in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or confirming these terms, you confirm that you are at least 18. Access is invitation-only during the controlled rollout. Invitations are personal, single-use and may expire. Do not create an account for another person or share your sign-in.

Your account

Give accurate information, keep your password and authentication methods secure, and tell us promptly if you think somebody else has used your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it results from our failure to keep the service secure. One person should use one account.

Your photographs and other content

You keep ownership of photographs, descriptions, feedback and other content you provide. You give CodeMagician Ltd a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, resize, analyse and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve StyleIrisT for you. You must have the right and any necessary permission to upload the content. Do not upload unlawful material, intimate images, images of a person under 18, or another person's image without their permission.

AI-assisted features

StyleIrisT uses artificial intelligence to classify garments, suggest outfits and create optional illustrative previews. Results can be incomplete, inaccurate or unexpected. A preview may alter colour, detail, proportions or appearance and cannot guarantee fit, safety, suitability, availability or how an outfit will look in real life. Use your own judgement and do not rely on the service for medical, safety-critical, legal or financial decisions.

Credits and the free core

The service uses separate credits for wardrobe uploads, Style requests and Try-on images. Credits are service units, not money or stored value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and do not expire under the current product rules. Welcome credits are free. A credit is reserved before chargeable work starts, debited only after a usable result is safely stored, and released after a failure or cancellation. Build My Own and other features identified as free do not consume AI credits.

Buying credit packs

Credit packs are one-off consumable purchases, not subscriptions, and do not renew automatically. The pack contents, total price, currency, any applicable tax and payment provider are shown before you confirm an order. An order is complete when the payment provider confirms payment and the corresponding credits are granted to your StyleIrisT account. Apple, Google or another payment provider may also apply its payment terms. Full card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by StyleIrisT.

Cancellations, faults and refunds

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. Where the law gives a cancellation right and immediate supply affects it, the checkout will ask for any consent or acknowledgement required before credits are supplied. If a purchase was made through Apple or Google, use that store's refund route as well as contacting us if help is needed. If paid features are faulty, unavailable or not as described, contact account@codemagician.co.uk so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by law. A styling preference or an AI result you simply do not like is not automatically a fault, but failed work does not consume a credit.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another person's data, probe security, bypass credit or admission controls, submit malicious content, automate abusive traffic, resell the service, manipulate referrals, reverse engineer third-party service interfaces or data, or use StyleIrisT unlawfully. We may apply proportionate technical limits and may suspend access while investigating misuse, fraud, security risk or serious breach. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact us.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, internet failure and external providers can interrupt features. Weather information is optional, advisory and must not be used for emergency, safety-critical or life-saving decisions. YOUR USE OF THIS REAL TIME WEATHER GUIDANCE APPLICATION OR WEBSITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WEATHER DATA MAY NOT BE ACCURATE. Apple Weather data may differ from actual conditions because of variable factors including signal issues and geopolitical events. We may add, remove or change features as the controlled service develops. We will not remove purchased credits merely because a feature changes; if we discontinue a paid function, we will provide an appropriate route for remaining affected value.

Our intellectual property

CodeMagician Ltd owns or licenses the StyleIrisT name, software, interface, prompts, branding and service content, excluding content you provide. You receive a personal, limited, revocable right to use the service in accordance with these terms. You may save and share your own generated results for personal use, subject to rights in the source photographs and garments.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business loss arising from consumer use, or for a failure caused by events outside our reasonable control where we took reasonable steps. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

Ending your account

You may stop using StyleIrisT and permanently delete your account through My data in the browser or Privacy & account in the app. Deletion removes saved results and any usable credit balance, does not itself create a refund, and cannot be undone. Resolve a recent purchase or missing-credit issue with support before deleting. We may end an account for serious or repeated breach, unlawful use or an unmanageable security risk. Account deletion removes live personal content but does not require us to erase transaction or audit information that the law requires us to retain. The privacy notice explains this in more detail.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for legal, security or product reasons. The published page shows the effective date. If a change materially affects existing members, we will give reasonable notice and ask for the current version to be accepted before continued use. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an earlier purchase.

Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have jurisdiction, but if you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom you retain any mandatory consumer protection and may use the courts of the part of the UK where you live. Please contact account@codemagician.co.uk first so we can try to resolve a complaint promptly.
