Account deletion
Delete your StyleIrisT account and data
StyleIrisT lets every ordinary member permanently request deletion from inside the browser application or the iPhone and Android apps.
Delete in the browser
- Sign in to StyleIrisT.
- Open My data.
- Under Delete your account, confirm your password and type the displayed confirmation phrase.
Delete in the mobile app
- Open the You tab.
- Choose Your StyleIrisT data.
- Enter the confirmation phrase and choose Delete my account permanently.
What deletion does
Deletion removes the live account, wardrobe and reference photographs, styling history, saved outfits, previews, routines, usage records, invitations and usable credit balance. Limited transaction and audit records may remain without the live account identity where needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, refunds or legal claims. Encrypted rotating disaster-recovery backups age out separately and are not used as a live archive.
Deletion does not automatically create a refund. Use remaining credits and contact account@codemagician.co.uk about a recent payment, refund or missing-credit issue before deleting the account. Statutory remedies are not affected.
If you cannot sign in
Email account@codemagician.co.uk from the account email address. We will verify the request before deleting an account. Do not send a password or private photographs by email.
